From the introduction: This is a book about you and your relationship to your body‚ about what you think about it, what you put into it, how you treat it, and whether you are happy with it. In our culture, the relationship most people have with their bodies hinges on size. The size of your body is probably why you picked up this book. And the size of your body is where my expertise as a declutterer comes in. This is a book about the clutter around you and the clutter inside you that prevents you from living the life you want and being the person you wish to be. Your relationship to food is complex.
